I used Blood Dragon Armor, until I figured how to have casual clothes by modding.

I use the N7 armor for missions that I know won't have any heavy combat and I use Cerberus armor for all the Collector missions.

Helmet toggle is absent, hence no DLC armors for me.

Used Blood Dragon Armor for a while. Hope they make a headshot bonus DLC armor soon with some pimp eyepatch. That I'll use for sure!

I have the Blood Dragon armor, but i never use it (even in Dragon Age, the Legion of the Dead armor has same model but better colors). I use N7 armor customised to fit the character i'm playing, including coloring.

Weapon and power damage increase for Infiltrator, health and shield boosting equipment for Vanguard, and extra ammo for soldier. Much better than the Blood Dragon or the Cerberus armor.

A code for the Incisor Sniper Rifle came with my copy of the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game.
It's a sniper rifle with a pretty large ammo capacity, I think 15-round clips. Fires 3-round bursts instead of single shots.
It's a bonus DLC weapon.
Anyone in your squad with the ability to use Sniper Rifles has access to it, yourself included of course.

I know I'm getting OT, but seeing as it's my own topic, what the hell.  Is this the only way to get the Incisor?  I've never heard of a Digital Deluxe Edition of the game.

Speaking of which, I know about the Collector armor (it came with the preorder, right?), but what the hell is the Inferno armor?

Yeah, what Sceptrum said.  There were a number of different pre-order bonuses depending on where you got your game from.  Pre-Orders from Gamestop got you the Terminus System Armor and Blackstorm Heavy Weapon (blackhole gun).  Pre-Orders from just about anywhere else got you the Inferno Armor.
Collectors Edition came with the Collector Armor/Assault Rifle.  Digital Deluxe Edition (which is basically the same as Collector's Edition... except Digital :P) also came with the Incisor Sniper Rifle.

I got my game as the Digital Deluxe Edition from Direct2Drive.com -- it came with Inferno, Collectors, Incisor, and all that stuff.  Blood Dragon from my DAO game, and I called Gamestop like two weeks after release and they gave me one of their Terminus Gear codes over the phone cuz they had a pile of them just sitting there. :P

You can still acquire the Incisor Sniper Rifle, but only if you're willing to pay $60 to buy the Digital Deluxe version of the game.  I don't think the code for that gun is available from anywhere else.

Is this for PC only?  I play on the 360.

I play a Soldier, the Blood Dragon armor's bonus to Powers doesn't really help all that much in comparison

Then why does commando get 15% power damage?

I think it affects the ammo skills... which if you think about it, is very, very nice ;)

Oh, yeah PC only.  I don't think you can buy a digital version of the game for 360?  (Where it's completely downloaded -- no disk, no box, etc.)
Direct2Drive is just for PC games.

Same story. I dun like walking around Illium and meeting up with old friends with a bucket on my head.
I like the look of the Blood Dragon Armor and would wear it just for its aesthetic if helmets were able to be toggled.
But yeah, despite having every single DLC equipment out so far (Image IPB), I only ever use the Incisor Sniper Rifle on my snipy squaddies and Eviscerator Shottie on those who use shotties.
Everything else just collects dust.

I totally agree with you. I had the blood dragon armor. And how the f*** did they recognize me with a new gear? and i had a big f***ing helmet on my head. I was like: What the f***?! They're pretty good recognizing people.

i don't because Helmet Toggle.

agreed the helmet toggle is a big factor even though the DLC armours have decent stats i want to see my shepherds face and whoever thought no helmet toggle on DLC armour was a good idea is an idiot... but maybe a patch will sort it out?

For my first playthrough I'm not using helmets so I can see the performance of my Shepard. Other playthroughs I might wear the DLC armor more often and enjoy it then.

the helmet puts me off wearing it it looks like a giant buckets on my head you should be able to mix it with the other armours

They should add more casual costumes like a banana costume or something , new pets where you can actualy take them out of your cage( like a buying a varren off that krogan)

I was hoping that varren would follow me after you fed him. I liked him.

I dunno, Boba Fett was always my favorite SF character and you never saw his face. That was part of the appeal. My only concern is how having a "face" affects my interaction with other characters.

Like what about the Death Mask? Anyone ever use it? How does it affect things like purchasing items in shops?

Don't use them due to the helmet issue. Heck, I don't even use the N7 helmets. I use the visor because I want some kind of performance benefit through headgear but it's an RPG. I want to see the full face animations.

Pretty much sums me up too.

I don't think it affects store prices.  I think it works just like your passive power where it increases your Paragon/Renegade points gain and multiplies your current amount by 1.1 so you have a better chance of meeting Paragon/Renegade checks during conversations.
I never once missed a Paragon check during either of my two playthroughs, so it's not been useful for me.
It makes Shepard look like he has a Salarian head, also.  Ew. :)

No. Would if there was a helmet toggle. Waste of time making those armors really. They should have spent that time making more N7 Armor pieces. Those would actually be used.

Nah, no helmet toggle is a big killer. They screwed the pooch on those armours!

^ This.

And I second the call for light armor.  I would like to see a couple more sets of fully customizable armor, even if they use the exact same upgrades as the N7.  Each set could have a corresponding piece for all I care.  I just like the variety in appearance.
