Do the females have an extra "toe" on the outside of their foot?  I noticed that the males do not display this extra appendage.  I have seen some concept art that doesn't show the third toe on females, but it is present in the game, unless I am mistaken it for something else.

It's there in the game, so that's what I would go with

I've only ever noticed the 2 toes on any given Quarian
