Hello all,

a couple of days ago I reinstalled Windows 7 and afterwards Dragon Age. I had a backup of the Bioware folder with  the savegames and other user content and copied it into the new location.
My game came with a redeem code for the Stone Prisoner, so all my savegames were created with that add-on active.
Now I cannot load my old savegames, because the game says I don't have the downloadable content for the Stone Prisoner. I am logged in by the way.
I cannot use the redeem code again either.
The Stone Prisoner add-on is listed under installed content as well as under available content!?


What can I do now? Are the add-ons not permanent?

In the installed content list it says that my account is not authorized to access this content. I only have one account and I redeemed the add-on with it. Why doesn't it work after reinstalling then?
