I know that there are 5 Heavy Weapon Ammo Upgrades in the game, and a sixth added by Zaeed's DLC. However, I can't seem to figure out where all of them are. If anyone could help me complete this list, I'd appreciate it.

Upgrade 1: Kenn's Salvage, Omega
Upgrade 2: N7 Mission, Blood Pack Base
Upgrade 3:
Upgrade 4:
Upgrade 5:
Upgrade 6: Zaeed's Loyalty Mission

Zaeed's is only available if you save the plant workers, right?

Another is awarded at the end of the N7 Blood Pack side Mission

That...actually sounds about right. However, I always save them anyway, so for me, it's not an issue.

Any idea which Blood Pack side mission? I'm not in a position to figure out which one at the moment, and there are a couple of Blood Pack missions. They are the Blood Pack Communications Relay (where you have to find your way through the green mist and fight off Klixen), and the Blood Pack Base mission (where you have to destroy the weapons plant).

For my 2nd play, I got the HW upgrade on the BP mission where you blow out the (4) valves at the bottom of the (2) tanks to end the mission.

3 -Freedom's Progress – On the dead YMIR mech just outside Veetor's shack

4. Mordin: Old Blood: Heavy Weapon Ammo – On a hackable research terminal after the boss



5. Zaeed: The Price of Revenge: Heavy Weapon Ammo/Assault Rifle Damage – By the fire extinguisher controls, only if trying to save workers (have to choose between Heavy Weapon Ammo and Assault Rifle Damage)



6. Omega - Sold on Kenn's Salvage



7 . Tuchanka - Sold at Ratch

There's a possible Assault Rifle Damage when saving the workers? I've never noticed it. I've only ever seen the Heavy Weapon Ammo upgrade.

Yeah you can only get it if you go for the renegade path..

Ahhh... so you can either have the AR 6/6 or the HW 6/6, but not both. Hmmmm... HW 6/6 is a better choice for the final battle.
