If you have Shale as a companion when you enter the fade in the mage tower - Sloth demon, Shale's Nightmare there is a statue half buried in the narrow pass that prevents you from passing. I've tried every shapshifting thing possible, This is a pathing issue.
I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to solve this. Go back to a previous save before the mage tower and deselect Shale maybe?

Use the ASDW keys and not the mouse click movement technique.

That is a bug that should be fixed. But using the ASWD keys does work.
