This idea is:
The Normandy needs it's own Ten-Forward, and what's Ten-Forward without Guinan?

she says she has been with turians hanar and elcor.
she is one of the most awesome ME caracters and deserves a spot on the Normandy AND a sidequest to make her into the new asari council member
That would be insanely funny and a great way for the Turian Councilor to finally get what's been coming to him.
Turian: Oh look it's Shepard and his INSANE RAMBLINGS, what is it this time Shep- OOF
*Aethyta slaps the Turian Councilor's ass with a singularity.*
Aethyta: Sorry, babe. You were sayin?
LMAO.
Was she seriously voiced by Claudia Black? 'Epic Win' does not begin to describe how awesome that is.

1) Survived to become a matriarch with a krogan for a father and an asari comando for a mother.
2) Has more common sense than anyone else I've encountered in the game.
3) Threatened to slap Verner with a singularity.
What more could you ask for?

What I want to know is what is in the water of Thessia that so much awesomeness came from that one planet?
Haha, it's 'cause she's half krogan and near a millenium old.

If she does come back she should fight Admiral Xen in a fight to death. Just so that the universe could implode.

I remember being just like in the middle of the convo, "This Asari is awesome, why is she so ridiculously awesome."
I thought something similar when conversing with her: all the dialogue and personality put into her made me think she had some role to play in the grander scheme of things. I hopes she at the very least makes an appearance in ME3.

She should really be the bartender and be able to go to her for advice.
Like Guinan from Star Trek
That would be beyond epic in my book, she is one of the best if not the best NPC's in the game.

And ... jaysus ... heading to the Normandy Lounge and having random drunk squaddies there on their off-time? The mind completely boggles at the potential for total hilarity.
Epic Win.
