Agreed, also after seeing that and on thane recruit mission I thought that there would be some type of weather effects later on in the game.

I'm all for this! At the beginning of Jack's loyalty mission I was blown away by the rain at the entrance, it reacted to your armor beading off of it and everything. Simply amazing, more of this please!

Those rain effects looked so great. I was hoping to see them featured. Your armor actually looks wet and as you said, the rain drips off of things. Kinda strange to have these great effects for only one mission.

Same with the snow earlier on Horizon/Normandy quest. I would love to see some missions taking place in these weathery enviroments. I loved the one side mission were the sand storm hit, just because the weather was a really cool setting for a battle.

agreed, it was a very impressive effect, was kind sad it only lasted few seconds.

This bugs me EVERY time. They went to the trouble of making what might be the best looking rain I've seen in any game.. with effects on bodies.. and how you dry off.. and all that... and it is used ofr like FIVE SECONDS.

Maybe it dropped the fps too much to be used or caused texture pop-in issues?

I imagine they excluded it because a lot of people's computers couldn't handle it with out lagging.



Would be nice if it was an option though.

It is a beautiful feature and it occured to me that combat in this rain would be freaking awesome. Just an idea <333

Yeh that mission sucked, so beautifull, then they hurried you inside and wasted it.  Well still a great mission, just though the rain affect was too pretty to be used just to hurry you inside for the rest of the mission.

I would have really liked to see more weather effects and more battles in them. The rain did really look awesome!
