How about a playthrough where all of your decisions and conversation branches whether Paragon/Renegade is in hardcore allegiance to Cereberus? Might make for a very interesting character import for ME3.
Theoretical playthrough: Cereberus Sheperd

Mostly. Strangely, after the collector ship mission it's the renegade who assumes that TIM sold you out and the paragon insists he wouldn't do that. It was strange.
But what kind of Shepard would be a Cerberus fanboy, honestly? I can't think of a good reason to do so except that you just hate the universe and want it to suffer.

Well loads of paragon responses are trolling cerb anyway lol. I was wondering the same thing while on the collector ship.

A shepard who got multi characters to play, and ready for ME3.

Well its hard to be strictly one or the other in regards to Cerberus because paragon/renegade isnt just good/evil
Typically the Paragon choices save lives and the Renegade choices just make you a badass
A paragon would seek unit cohesion and focus on the task at hand when betrayed by TIM on the collector ship
A renegade just wants to beat his face in for it till he realizes the truth
Kinda like on the Tali loyalty mission a paragon tries to promote peace and settling a new homeworld
A renegade wants war even thou he knows it will leave both factions weak when the reapers come. He might argue for delaying the war until after the reapers are dealt with but he still favors war

Well renegade Shepard from ME1 is kind of a human supremecist . It makes sense he would be sympathetic to Cerberus.Terraneaux wrote...

Well, they are compatible with "human supremacy" view. ME1 Renegade Shep was leaning that way quite heavily.
Ups, bit too late.

Perhaps, but it depends on how he takes Cerberus's assassination of military officers and murder of soldiers over the course of ME1. I got the impression that renegade shep (ironically) was a very militaristic/jingoistic type who might take loyalty to the human military very seriously.

the paragon/renegade choices aren't super consistent I've noticed, but on the whole a Shepard that's a human-supremist would be ok with Cerberus. That is also assuming s/he isn't also against the stuff s/he saw of cerberus in ME1 (it's very hard to justify a sole survivor shep ever trusting Cerberus anywhere but in a gun sight)

I too, am a dog of Cerberus.
The game is pretty much setup that way. Much the same way how they throw Tali at you.
However, I ain't complaining at either.

Paragon/Renegade has more to do with the moral/ethical implications of your decision not necessarily the political/militaristic implications of the decision. That is consistent in both games. In a ven-diagram sometimes they hit the middle spot.
