OK ... old dead thread ... but was sent here by EA tech support.
Bought and installed DAO ultimate. Except for achievements, nothing updating online. Went for second run through, could not import my character.
Spent all night with EA support ... a total of 7 techs. Uninstalled and reinstalled DAO ultimate ... used Origin to activate it, instead of the website.
That may be an important difference, we'll see.
Cleared a bunch of saves from the cloud (which you can actually see with Origin, but not the DAO launcher). TBD whether it truly fixes my problem.
tl;dr: don't activate the game via the website, use origin to activate your game code ... then you can see your cloud data, in case there is a problem.
