Ok so i registered my game on this site from my ps3. When i click on profile diagnostics it says i have a char. XML and Story XmL, but avatar image and portrait have x's below them. How can i upload the image and portrait onto my account????

Unfortunately the system is a bit buggy. I suspect that sometimes it fails to completely upload a character but there is no mechanism to finish the job or repair it. The only thing you can do is to delete the character from your profile (not the game!) and hope it removes it completely. Then do a manual save in game and it should try to repost the character to this site. If you're lucky then whole thing will make it this time round.
