no seriously I really lost them on the assignment N7:MSV Strontium Mule I look all over the ship and jack and garrus is nowhere to be found I even did the turn around thing where they magically appear behind me but that didn't work whats going on with this. Am I the only one this happened to; if so then I come to conclusion that

Sounds like a bug. Just continue I bet they will reappear once you get into a different area.

I saw Jacob vanish once too. Just try going to the Citadel or something, head back to your ship and they should be there. I was a bit worried he ditched me after I told him I was interested in Miranda.
