It is fine to be "sexually aggressive" with a person you are in a relationship with.
Not with a guy you have met five minutes ago. That is called sexual harassment.
How was Shepard's inital conversations sexual harassment? She didn't propose sex or anything to that nature. Yes, her voice might have had some wetness to it, but that doesn't classify as sexual harassment.
It was the body language, the voice, the general "tone" of every single conversation I had with Jacob (that is, until the brohug, which was the best part of the whole god-damned interaction with him).
You don't need to actually voice the attraction by making a proposal, it was plainly clear even without that. The fact that Shepard came on way too strong made me feel that I was being railroaded. I have absolutely no problem with sexually aggressive women (it's part of the reason I like femshep so much), but what I don't like is being forced into a situation where
my character is doing things without my approval. There was no "just friends" button I could've pushed, and I resented the fact that I had no say in the matter.
