Renegade mShep sounds infinitely better than paragon mShep IMO!
Sheen, Blum and whoever voiced Zaeed stood out the most for me.

Meer played the Gatekeeper Werewolf in Dragon Age. I loved that freaking werewolf.

Mark Meer (Male Shepard) and Elizabeth 'Liz' Sroka (Tali'Zorah Vas Normandy), hands down.

I thought Mordin was amazing. Being able to talk like that and still deliver lines well must have taken some effort. And he's an amazing singer.
The Illusive man was just great. I wish he had been in every conversation.
And yes, Tali was superb. I can at least understand some of her popularity given her voice. In fact, even if it's modified, all the Quarians and voice acting on Tali's entire loyalty mission was some of the best I have ever seen in a game.
There's plenty more. Heck, even some minor characters, like the Elcor, the Turian council member had some memorable lines. I would go so far as to say it's the game with the best voice acting. Can't think of anything that compares immediately, anyway.

Honestly I liked every single squad members acting, even Zaaed. The only bit of acting I found uncomfortable was Aria, her manic laughter about owning Omega and "don't F***K with me" just sounded silly and forced. Nothing to do with caring about cursing, I have to think twice when typing here, just to not curse too much, it just didn't sound real.
Bioware has some good voice actors and whoever coordinates the casting and their voice scenes needs a raise.

Garrus, Tali, Mordin rocked the entire game.
Seconded. Grunt also has some great lines. "I'd never stab you in the back, Shepard. Soldiers like you and me, in the face."

Tali, Garrus and Mordin. Oh, and SETH GREEN IS MY GOD-DAMN HERO.
But crown goes to FemShep's voice, Jennifer Hale. The girl is amazing, and no skin off Meer's nose, but he's outclassed by her in almost every way ('cept delivery on some Renegade comments. The way Mark delivers his 'whoops' and those bitingly sarcastic comments is more genuine then Hale's) by her.

Martin Sheen really was The Illusive Man in this game. He was perfect for the role.
Mordin's acting was also well done. If you never interrupt him, it always gets hilarious. In a very good way.

LOL, am I the only one, everytime that paragon/renegade thing came up to stop Mordin from talking, I was thinking "you gotta be kidding, no way I'd stop this guy from talking", I"d play this scene again just to hear him ramble.

Having sent emails to Mordin and Jack's Voice actors and gotten responses, I'm very happy with that. Now, all I need is a response from Wrex's VA-I met Steve Blum about 2 years ago as is.

Voice acting alone, I'd probably pick Mordin.
Voice acting in combination with animation... Tali hands down.

Garrus, Tali and Mordin. Hands down the best. I felt so sad during Tali's loyalty, she sounded genuinely distraught by the circumstances. Her almost crying "Damn it, Damn it" gets me every time.

Commander Shepard (Mark Meer), Illusive Man (Martin Sheen), Tali (Liz Stroka), EDI (Tricia Helfer), Joker (Seth Green), Jack (Courtenay Taylor), and Yvonne Strahovski (Miranda) were my favorites.

Garrus, but perhaps I'm a little biased. Also loved the Mordin and Tali performances. Joker had me rolling as well.

The best single example was the turian counciler. It really stuck in memory for a lot of people judging by the Reaper hand quotes references. So much hate for a bit player too.
Over all, the entire voice acting was very good (only a few falldowns). Mordin was a great one due to his characterization and his voice acting lived up to the character too. I think Jack was well done as well. Suprisingly i found Samara way of talking very suited to her character as well.
Oh yeah and Joker was the best but he had few interactions so he could deliver his lines with a lot less restraint

I think femshepard sounds good, but Martin Sheen was also superior and fit the role perfectly. Mordn's actor sounded cool, wonder what he is like in real life.

Everyone did one hell of a job, even the smaller roles like kenneth and gaby were great. My favorite voice performances were: Tali, TIM, Mordin, Miranda, Shala'Raan and Uvenk

They were all great IMO. Martin Sheen and Robin Sachs stand out for me.
The ONLY voices I didn't like were those Asari commandos. I literally died during Miranda's loyalty mission after setting one of them on fire. I couldn't stop laughing for minutes after hearing them scream BLAAAAAGGGHHHHUUUUUHHHHH!!! Oh yeah, and "Weakening their integrity." Ugh...

honestly the voice acting in this game was amazing. Samara's VA definitely came off as regal and calculated, Zaeed had a "godamn" good voice actor, and of course Seth Green as Joker is simply awesome.
