Search doesn't show any topics on this. I don't see any button to rest, but the area notes say I should be able to camp where my party is, but no info on how to.
How do you Rest/Camp your party?

On the world map, there's an icon on the top right corner to camp. Unless you're asking about resting IN the camp, then I have no idea.. I always assume they'll rest automatically when you enter camp.
That and if you're in romance with someone, you can choose the option to "go to bed" when talking to said character.

hmmm, I don't see that, just says toggle mini-map. Maybe it's because I am in Lothering and the Templar said I wasn't allowed to stay. I'll figure it out on the weekend. Thanks.

If you're in Lothering still, then you have to go to the north exit to enter the world map, then you'll see the camp icon on the top right. You cannot camp inside towns or dungeons.
