maybe shepard will point a gun at the main bad guy (whoever that may be) and before he shoots he will say:"You have to go". Attached with a nice epilogue.
Or Shepard will face a reversed clone of himself , Fight Club style (if you've seen the ending of the movie you know what i mean).
