So I just purchased a copy of Mass Effect 2 and am unable to redeem my Cerberus Network card and my Collector's armor and rifle codes. I know that there have been some major issues with this but all of the Bioware posts I've found give no solutions to the issues. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to deal with this or if something is going to be coming down the pipe.
