Non-lethal? Udina AND the council.

Dont have any characters I wish I could letally shoot, since any that I would like to, I thankfully get the chance to. Like that Captain Enyala for example.

Jack...then once again to make sure she's down. Then Tali and Zaeed.

I don't have to worry about the turian douche, I made sure he didnt survive the first game.

Oddly enough, I don't begrudge the council for their attitudes. They have galactic civilisations to run, and if they listened to every man with a story of demon machines at the front door they would never get things done. Shepard may have more clout than most, but they still need to have proof before going to their people and potentially causing riots and panics and screams of "Who do we blame??!! Think of the children!!!" all over the place. Hell, I wouldn't put it past them that they are just using Shepard to make people think they don't believe him, while secretly sending out people to ascertain what they can (potentially what Ashley/Kaidan was doing on Horizon).

If that were the case they'd explain at least a little bit of that logic to Shep once he's alone with them. Their stance is more than putting on airs.

Tali. Got tired of rescuing this damsel in constant distress. Just put her out of her misery, is what I'd do. But I can get the Collectors do that for me...

Ah yes... "the turian councillor"... That fool's obviously been indoctrinated, it'd be another mercy killing.

Except that he's working for Cerberus, and so his loyalty is unreliable, and they want to reinforce the idea that they are not getting involved especially when it comes to Cerberus.  They also don't have the time to unnecessarily explain themselves when there are other things to do.  That, at least, is one way of looking at it, I'm not saying that they are definitely not incompetent. ;)

No, they are alone in a room w/ Shep, I appreciate your role-playing verve, but I simply cannot buy in

Oh, forgot to mention who I'd shoot: Zaeed. I have tried talking to him, he just comes off as a knob. I'd calmly explain to him that he is not a badass and some other stuff I can't say here without posting spoilers, then shoot him in the head. Then hack his head off to make sure and keep it as my own trophy.

Actually, they are talking to him via hologram phone or whatever it is they call it, but yeah, I get what you mean. ^_^

hmm..probably the quarian admiral that sends you the email about restarting tali's (Ral zorrah?) dad's research and reclaiming the geth. not sure why it bugged me so much, maybe because it almost seemed to come across almost as a veiled threat?

Anyway guy just got on my nerves, honorable mention would go to the game merchant of the citadel as funny as he was the first time i heard him i felt like striking him down were he stood after the 3rd-4th time he repeated his dialogue.

The Illusive Man and the Turian Councilor are currently in a dead heat for me. I think it might come down to either who is in my sights first, or if I can leave the Turian tied to a chair while he watches a Reaper bear down on him. I would find that vastly more satisfying,

Thane. He's far too emotional and sappy for me to even want on my ship. I'd like to kill him and get Wrex back on board. Liara's character's even dumber in this game than she was in the first one. So I'd shoot her too.

Teammate: Jack. Shepard's killed a lot of people for a lot less than she's done.

Other NPCs: Crazy Batarian prophet. Also, all of the Volus on Illium, because they repeat the same dialogue every time you go by.

Udina. In ME2... when he came into the door... paragon and renegade.. i just would have greeted him with a punch in the face. I would have walked up to him and knock him out without a word.

Anderson got to punch him already... but i so wait for the possibility to punch him myself. He has it sooooooo coming, ever since ME1 when he turns on you and locks the Normandy down. Punching Udina is a bill yet to be settled for me.

Other than that? No... there isn't anyone. The Turian councelor? Well... no.. i wouldn't want to punch him. I just want to go Nelson (Simpsons) on him, once he realises Shepard has been right all along.

Grunt, for being like Wrex, only worse in every way.
