Dont have any characters I wish I could letally shoot, since any that I would like to, I thankfully get the chance to. Like that Captain Enyala for example.

Oddly enough, I don't begrudge the council for their attitudes. They have galactic civilisations to run, and if they listened to every man with a story of demon machines at the front door they would never get things done. Shepard may have more clout than most, but they still need to have proof before going to their people and potentially causing riots and panics and screams of "Who do we blame??!! Think of the children!!!" all over the place. Hell, I wouldn't put it past them that they are just using Shepard to make people think they don't believe him, while secretly sending out people to ascertain what they can (potentially what Ashley/Kaidan was doing on Horizon).
If that were the case they'd explain at least a little bit of that logic to Shep once he's alone with them. Their stance is more than putting on airs.

Ah yes... "the turian councillor"... That fool's obviously been indoctrinated, it'd be another mercy killing.

Except that he's working for Cerberus, and so his loyalty is unreliable, and they want to reinforce the idea that they are not getting involved especially when it comes to Cerberus. They also don't have the time to unnecessarily explain themselves when there are other things to do. That, at least, is one way of looking at it, I'm not saying that they are definitely not incompetent.

No, they are alone in a room w/ Shep, I appreciate your role-playing verve, but I simply cannot buy in

Actually, they are talking to him via hologram phone or whatever it is they call it, but yeah, I get what you mean.

Other NPCs: Crazy Batarian prophet. Also, all of the Volus on Illium, because they repeat the same dialogue every time you go by.

Anderson got to punch him already... but i so wait for the possibility to punch him myself. He has it sooooooo coming, ever since ME1 when he turns on you and locks the Normandy down. Punching Udina is a bill yet to be settled for me.
Other than that? No... there isn't anyone. The Turian councelor? Well... no.. i wouldn't want to punch him. I just want to go Nelson (Simpsons) on him, once he realises Shepard has been right all along.
