Anyhow, I noticed another thread stating that using a -dx9 tag on the launch string when booting the game solved their game crashing in Windows 7. I tried this and it worked for my stuttering!
"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age\\DAOriginsLauncher.exe" -dx9
It looks like it is Direct X 11/10 that is causing my issues with this game. When I use the -dx11 tag, the game runs like crap, just like before. There is some incompatibility with Direct X 11/10, this game, and my hardware.
EDIT: OK, I jumped to conclusions too soon with the -dx10 tag, same issues, but the -dx9 tag is flawless for me. The DLC service even seems to load faster as well. before, I wold have to wait a bit or it would flag me telling me I am not authorized.
