I know there is encounters in denerim if you fail at pick pocket, but are there any other scenes like this I could look forward too in game perhaps?
or would anyone like to share their favorites if there are?

So i decided to try it out in the ostagar camp in the starting area. and I failed a few times and as I was heading over to duncan i notice a guard say "my man caught her hand in his pocket!" or something along the lines.
I know there is encounters in denerim if you fail at pick pocket, but are there any other scenes like this I could look forward too in game perhaps?

Most of them are boring. The elves will apparently stop trading with you but won't react otherwise. In Orzammar a dwarf will appear to tell you off, but again nothing happens. In the Tower if you try an pick-pocket in the Lobby, Gregoir will chide you. In Redcliffe, the group of knights will start badmouthing you. Denerim's the most fun. Yes, I am a klepto.

They need to make it like the chicken attacks in Zelda games. Have the character retalliate and attack you if they catch you/you fail and when you leave the area and return, they will be calm but will no longer speak with friendly tones to you like they will speak menacingly to you instead while still offering there services (unless you kill them >.>)
