Every time I start a new game or load a saved game I am seeing a trasnparent orange-red colorover 90%+ of my monitor...

I checked WOW, HL2, FEAR 2, Aion, and Oblivion...no problems.  I also tried rolling back my drivers to version 9.6(as suggested in other threads) and still have the same issue...

I am running an

AMD 64 X2 -3.2 GHz
4 GB RAM
512 MB Radeon HD 2900

Any help would be appreciated...

Is it normal for characters to float instead of walking during in-game cut scenes. It's darn annoying also you get some weird camera angles during the cut-scenes. When you're father and mother tell you to leave the castle with Duncan the camera focused on both parties legs and not the faces.
