I dont get an option to get him 2 join me, i just cleared the bridge and he ran to the end

I dunno how well worded that was, after talking to him after the bridge is that the time u can recruit the legion or later?

when you hand in the quest for branka, one of the legion is standing outside in the diamond quarters, if u want him to join u, you have to perusade him.
