after the tower misson i accidently told her to stay but when i looked for her to join me she wasnt anywhere in the tower i literlly looked and shes not in the camp

If I'm understanding you right, what you did when you told her to stay was basically refuse her services, and, unfortunately for you, that's permanent. You really need to be careful what you tell your companions.
