I am in utter agreement. Thus far I have not been able to recieve any of my downloaded content. The game downloads, extracts, says it is installing, and then spends hours installing (I have a rig with eight gigs of ram and a nice processor) only to tell me the installation failed. EA, Bioware, I don't know who is to blame. But come on, how hard is it to get a consumer their product? There's no real excuse for this stuff. At all. . .
The new company motto might as well be: Buy our products and never use them. It would be one thing if this was the first time EA dropped the ball, which is really the company I suspect of fail here. I don't know if it's because they are trying to protect their software or whatever, but the massive number of products not working practically makes these guys reverse pirates. We pay for something, they take our money, and then don't give it to us.
