Several of us kind of hijacked the FAQ and we feel bad about it. So how about a general blabbering about the main game and up coming Awakenings?
Talk about the characters you have created, Share your feelings on the upcoming expansion. Tell us your stories and endings from the main game! Feel free to share! We will!!

Yeah there is apparantly an OffTopic forum but its a top-level one (Like you Mass Effect forum, Dragon Age forum there is also an OffTopic one) only noticed it after Phoenix mentioned it.

It does not have that exclusive club feel. We should just hang here if they allow it

I have a male city elf origin started. I wanted all origins, male and female. I am finding it VERY difficult to sludge through the Deep Roads once again. Am I the only one that finds that particular main quest to be tediously dreadful?

February is a short month.. There is not much of a wait left. Just think of the long delays for the main game! this is nothing....

No its quite dreadful, especially the one with the many different subtunnels (Something Cross) and the Dead Trenches. It was quite fun the first 2 times, but after doing it a few times it gets annoying.Liso66 wrote...

So my male city elf. I tried really hard to make him well. handsome! but imo? he looks like he popped right out of a boy band..
I also found something interesting that makes me wanna finish him though. His bride survived. Unlike the female city elf origin, the groom dies. So wonder how that will play out in the end. Don't tell me though! LOL I really hope she has not been slave traded.. Sad enough I took up with a human rogue while battling Dark Spawn. the thought she has been sold just adds insult to injury.

Even if I think the better thing to do was just open a Group where open a private discussion..
BTW...
My character is Female Human Noble Warrior, which I called Tisifone. Sexual orentation lesbian, lawful-good attitude

@Liso66.. There are 2 moments in main quests I found a little tedious.. , The deep roads during the dwarv's quest and the fade during the circle mage tower quest... But this was just because playing on PC platform I had an annoying bug... When I go to free my companion by their nightmare, after I defeat the enemies I have to talk to them 3 or 4 times doing again and again the same dialogue before "unlock" the second dialogue and this is really boring

See. I love the fade!! Mainly for the buffs though. It is the first place I ran to after Lothering..
Wasn't those convo loops fixed in the patch? I am playing on PC btw. I am a total PC gamer. We have a gamecube somewhere in this house. LOL I've not owned a console game that I have played since PS1... PC gaming came out and I was hooked!

I'm not a big fan of dwarves so I'll probably just do their origins to get the achievement and remove the characters after that... The other origin stories I have done so far...shedevil3001 wrote...
i started 1 of each story as females of course
My Characters:
- Armand (Human Male Warrior) => Do-Gooder, Romanced Leliana
- Akkadian (City Elf Male Rogue) => Money Hungry, Romanced Morrigan
- Lion (Human Male Warrior) => Do-Gooder, In the process of woeing Morrigan.
- Morgana (Human Female Mage) => Black Hearted Wench, had sex with almost all of them but is currently involved with Alistair.
- Neeri (Human Female Warrior DW) => Do-Gooder respects the Chantry and is trying very hard to become co-ruler with Alistair, however that will take a while...
- Yunko (Dalish Female Rogue Archer) => Practicalist, hasn't met Zevhran yet but he's just her type.

You know.. It is amusing how much time you can spend procrastinating in this game.. More amazing really. I wasted HOURS jumping around the overland map, getting random encounters. doing side quest before I ever got to the second treaty! I seriously mean hours! I went from level 9 to 15 before having to hit the second treaty.. that is truly impressive with a single player game!!

No... Even if I patched my game to 1.02 the problem still exist...Even with full reinstallation of the game
I have dual boot on my pc (Win7/winXP) and the only difference is that with WIn7 I have to repeat dialogue 3 or 4 times, with WinXP I had to repeat them just 1 time... Without this bug I would like so much this quest but everytime I am going to play it, I know I will get pissed of by this problem...
BTW.. My favourite quest is Andraste's Ashes....
