No Aribeth used to be my favorite romance until DAO came out! I romanced her in the original campaign and got her out of the 7th (was it the 7th?) hell in SoTU!!!

Never played that game (my first RPG was Neverwinter Nights), did look her up on google tho and she does look rather pretty!

He isn't bad but he feels to me a little cheap... I compared him to JarJar Binks from the new Star Wars movies once, he was funny as well in the first movie and in the next movies one started to wonder if Star Wars was now a childrens movie (and a few months later the cartoons appeared)...

I never played B G 1 or 2.. So can not comment on that. Sadly. As I see it, they started a trend with Mass Effect. they also set up DA:O to progress.. As for an expansion standpoint.. Well. you can play "the hero that saved everyone from the blight" or a GW from Orlias... that is there out... the option of not even being a part of the origin..... I do believe that our stories will pick up in DA2. I do not see how they won't

The one possibly good thing about Oghren being in Awakenings is that they might use it to give him some depth to his character, possibly actually subvert the whole drunken dwarf who likes fighting cliche. At least we can hope

Noooo... you have to recover that game.. it was beautiful... even if it is a littleold and the graphic is quite poor... but the story was really great !!!

Concerning Annah... did you mean this picture ??

True, I really do hope they give him so depth, he has potential... Although I do hope they stop making him fall over up to 6 times in camp every time you click on him to talk... that was just annoying...

If they don't, perhaps we get lucky and there's a random success/failure dice for his joining ritual!

No the picture I found was a lot less nice but she even looked good on that, she looks even better on that picture! 

I doubt I could play that game now, I tried playing BG2 after playing NWN and somehow I couldn't muster it.
I usually don't really mind playing older games, but somehow I think its easier to play them again when you played them when they where new as well.
Might look for it however at some point, I did afterall also try BG2!

Christ! I really missed a lot of games hehe!  I always used to play Adventure games and I always thought RPGs where something completely different than they turned out to be hehe... When Adventure games started to be made less and less a friend pointed me at Neverwinter Nights and while playing it felt a lot like an old fashioned Adventure game (granted there was some fighting and Adventure games where usually set in the now).
After Neverwinter Nights however I loved them and consider them my replacement for Adventure games... Although I still love a really good adventure game every now and again like "RunAway - A Road Adventure".
