I have ME2! I've not played it yet. that kind of blows me away too, I loved ME 1. I'll get around to it!

Charitable is questionable. I am sure with a good tax guide, we can find some sort of loophole for that though! The Steve Valentine Foundation of VO

Indeed, there were a number of great SP NWN and NWN2 modules, and I can't wait to see the same thing happen with DA (I think the potential for SP campaigns is even greater with the DA toolset).  There have been a few, Fragments of Ferelden was fun, and Alley of Murders was good as well (though that was part of the main game).

Still can't wait for many more campaigns for the modding community to appear, after all there's the potential for almost any fantasy related story to be played in DA (as just like the NWN/NWN2 modules you don't have to keep to the game's own setting, but an branch out to others)

@Lion - Indeed Claudia Black is awesome, I loved her back in Farscape, was really excited to learn she was voicing Morrigan during the build up to DA's launch

From what I can tell, It seems the social network is where to get the modules. There is also dragonagenexus. I find their site to be quite user friendly at that. As for seeing them on the vault? "shrugs" I really do not mind either way. I spent years downloading off the vault. Between NWN 1 & 2. The vault was my hang out for 5-6 years!



I have browsed through several projects and many look promising. My hope is, this modding community is as strong as NWN 1 was!

In your opinion how many time should we'll have to wait in order to have some full-complex mod-campaigns? Can we hope to have something like "Dark Waters" in about six months?

My guess, you will see something before that even. Some of these modders had the TS way before the game was even released. They got a feel for it long before they could even play the game itself.

just checked Adam Miller's site.. He's already developing a DA campaign.. he called it "Dreamer" , a multi-module campaign written for Dragon Age

Yep.. knew that already    I interviewed him on the podcast for nwn.. He is a great guy

I was thinking about rolling a dwarf female (though i am a dwarf hater ) i just think the rouge dwarfs are pretty bad ass.

What spec's should i go with ? I was thinking Duelist/Ranger or Assassin/Ranger

I played a duelist/ranger and it was pretty fun (my pets could be useful in distracting enemies, allowing more backstab opportunities, particularly early on) but shedevil is right, for synergy delist/assassin would probably work better. Rogues are a pretty adaptable class luckily so it would be difficult to go really wrong with a Rogue build, a number of ways work really well
