The Deep Roads are quite alright for me, the Circle Tower Fade..I always feel sleepy when I'm on that part...

But the buffs!!!! makes it all worth it...  like i said.. those areas that drive ya crazy.. shut off sounds. crank out some energizing toons on your mp3 player.. it does help!!!

TBH, that is usually my first port of call.
After leaving Lothering, I usually pop in to Denerim, to pick up as many sidequests as possible, then head off to the Circle. I find the extra attributes on offer in The Fade are far more beneficial early on.
What I mean is, if you left it to last, you'd barely notice the extra points on your PC.

Same here!  amazing how fine tuned we can get this game down after a few runs...

well i have done 8 playthroughs so i can get through it pretty quick now.

The Fade is alright, I dislike it as well. However, I enjoy fighting the Sloth demon at the end. Nothing is as grueling as the Deep Roads.

I liked the fade briefly, in that it was fun to be single player for awhile. (I loved the Proving) But the blurry fade-mist gave me a headache, & the form changing got old. I learned to whip through fast, no longer get lost in the templar section, but I wouldn't mind a few more single player moments in the exp. It was playing as morrigan in the connor-fade that made me decide I couldn't deal with a human female PC, anyway. (I made about 40 - never liked a one) The Fade was an 'almost' to me - could have been my favorite, but isn't.

Join the club.....Same here. I actually have 8 full runs, and 4 characters broken off at Save Anora to have multiple endings with them. My fav's of the bunch got that.. hehe

That's more than me... I have 2 full runs so far and one nearing completion... Only got the game late January however!

well seeing as rto has disappeared on ps3 altogether, might start playthrough 9, whats more fun to play, archer or shield and sword warrior?

Playing an archer at the moment, but I personally prefer shield/sword warrior!  It could be the knight feeling however that causes it!

My only warrior i liked was duel wield dexer /archer.. 

really personal preference though...

well..maybe a day I will decide to connect my PC where I have installed all my games to the network and then upload my characters... You know.. I use a PC just to play, with no Antivirus, firewall, etc and then I connect it to the network just for few times in order to download DLCs or similar..

Here is the reason why I still have this ****** avatar...
