My game came with 3 codes; I registered all of them correctly and checked my ''Registered game promotions''
it says:
Collector's Edition
The Stone Prisioner
Warden's Keep

apparently it shouldn't have come with the Warden's Keep code
the token should be in a piece of paper like this one:

and as a matter of fact, that's where I found the Warden's Keep code
