Hello everyone.

The questions at hand:

I am curious as to the cloak +xx% damage bonus and to what it applies and for how long.

• Does it apply to only the 1st shot fired while the cloak is active?
  
• Does it apply to all the shots fired while the cloak is active and until it dissipates completely, how much time does the bonus stay active (how long before the cloak disipates)?
  
• Do all the 5 bullets from the 5-burst fire from the Vindicator Rifle have the damage bonus?

Someone said that Infiltrator with SMG and tactical cloak (+70% damage) at point blank is the highest damage dealing class in the game.

i believe it is all the shots fired while cloak is active.

and for how long it stays, that should be pretty easy, as far as i remember its when you stop being transparent that the bonuses fade

I've timed this. The damage bonus lasts for about 1 second (from the time you take your first shot to the time that the cloak starts shimmering).

How did you time it? How confident are you that it lasts for 1 second?

Fraps and stepping through the video frame by frame in virtual dub. I tried shooting at various times during the decloak animation and noted which shots got the damage boost. Not an elegant method, but it worked.

I think you've been misled by the internets.

The Soldier does +100% damage with adrenaline rush (or +140% with the evolved form).
