Grunt's was pretty damn good, liked the combat. Also have to say that Samara's was different but very good, nice to see that you don't have to resort to combat to tel a story.

I liked Grunt's, Jack's, Jacob's, Tali's, Samara's, and Miranda's. They were all pretty fun though. It was nice to develop them as characters.

I really enjoyed Tali's mission, the flotilla was the most interesting new location and the mission was so sad. Plus taking Legion along was interesting.

Can't pick tbh. My favourite moment was seeing Harkin beat to a pulp then shopt by Garrus. Maybe his mission, as it was quite emotional at times, and had much more to do then many. On the other hand, Samara's and Jack were both more emotional, even if Samara's was too short. I always have difficultly making the decision in Legion's mission (usually rewrite). Tali's and Grunt's both delve deeper into the ME universe, and you can tell quite a lot of work has gone into Tali's.
Mordin's one was also very interesting-developed alot on his character.
Too difficult to choose. Top runners would be Garrus', Legion's, Tali's and Mordin's.

Tali's was really fun, so either that or Thane's. I loved Thane's, felt so very much like a cop drama. Plus:
"Give me a name or I'll chop your balls off and sell them to a krogan!"

I went in and used intimadate and said "im a specter, specters are above the law!" and he told and me and thane walked out and thane said "that might go down as the fastest interigation in history..."

Definitely Tali's, her voice actor is nothing short of amazing, she did an incredible job (especially at the part where she finds her father).
Plus, the speech to free her without evidence sent shivers down my spine.

Completely agree here....Second favorite had to be Grunts....Flashbacks of ME1 and fighting the thresher maw on the ground for max experience.

Zaeed, Tali, Miranda.
Zaeed's was really cool and made him one of my favorite characters. I love the voice actor and the way he delivers those lines. I know it's really the fad du jour to call Zaeed "unfinished" but I thought he had extremely interesting dialog through the entire game, but especially here.
Tali's is really touching. I love Tali, love the Quarrians and seeing the Migrant Fleet was just awesome.
Miranda's really fleshed her out and showed her softer side.

Tali's mission was superb. The backstory with the Quarians and the Geth is more interesting than the game's main storyline, and the entire sequence featured top notch dialogue and voice acting from actors I wish had played a larger part in the game.

My favorite was Garrus sidequest. I didn't like Garrus in the first game. No offense to my fellow Garrus fans, I thought he was real cool when you first meet him on the citadel, then he is just a waste of game disc space for the rest. His sidequest was forgettable.
For the ME2 side quest, you got to see a hell of a lot more character in him, a hell of a lot more of a theme of the good/grey/bad internal struggle he seems to have, and it made me a big fan of Garrus.
Plus watching him beat up Harkin was enjoyable. "I didn't shoot him." HAH!

The loyalty missions were my favorite missions in the game.
My personal Favorite was Garrus' though, I thought it was very interesting and the most challenging as well.

i'd say tali probably because i really like the persona, and she'll always be my shep romance option.
This being said i really enjoyed Garrus one, the pew pew level design while a bit stern wasn't that bad and the last part scening was surprisingly original.
Zaeed one is packed with a great level design as well and i liked the ending twist depending on your decision toward trapped workers. I have to tell that i felt uncomfortable leaving them to burn on my renegade run. This and killing Samara are two things i had to convince myself doing. being a badass is one thing... being simply an ass is another.

Mordin's was my favorite. "Unacceptable goals, unacceptable methods...have to kill you".
Jacob's was great too, I liked unraveling the mystery and thinking to myself- "wtf is going on here?".
Overall they were all awesome but those to really stood our for me.

I really enjoyed Thane's - playing good cop/bad cop with my favourite Drell assassin was great. Garrus and Mordin's were great, as well.

Mordin and Tali's were the best for story.
Zaeed's was the best for pure badassery (whether going for Vido and watching that M'fer get burned alive while Zaeed walks away looking awesome, or pistol whipping Zaeed into submission and telling him to man up or get the hell out. Either ending is incredible).
Honestly, there is not a single loyalty mission that I do not like. I think I'd genuinely have a very hard time identifying my least favorite.

I agree with some other poster that Zaeed's has the best level design. It's also got one of the toughest choices to make, and is all kinds of awesome if you bring incendiary ammo.

Thane, Tali and Garrus', in no specific order.
The most boring one was probably Grunts'.
Edit: Oh yeah, as someone else said, Zaeed's has easily the best level design, at least in the beginning. It's the only thing the entire Zaeed DLC got going for it, considering what a shallow and unfinished character Zaeed himself is.
Edit: Miranda's loyalty mission gets a honourable mention because of the stellar ending.

well, I like acquiring IFF mission with Legion as bonus. it's collector damn thing. intensive fight. by the way, it's really funny when you bring Legion for Tali loyalty mission. quarians are freaking out, deny to allow legion first.

Thane's is definitely the best. There are just too many awesome moments as opposed to, for example, Legion's mission where you just kill everything on sight. Tali's is also very good, mainly because of her voice actor.

I think Mordin's mission is my favourite. Lots of gray zones and moral dilemmas. Plus: it's Mordin, it's just awesome...
I aslo rather enjoyed Tali's, mainly because of the voice acting. Male Shepard was actually convincing, usually he just drones around sounding very serious and monotone. Plus: paragon hug!

That will be hard choice. The only one that bored me was Tali's, but probably due to fact that I strongly didlike this character. My top 4 are Samara's, Garrus', Zaeed's and Thane's.
