I liked them all, but from a combat perspective I think miranda, garrus, tali, and legion may have been the best.

liked them all,but Tali's was probably my favorite in case of story,but in a gameplay aspect i think garrus.

Grunt's had to be my favorite loyalty mission. I love my Krogans so being on the homeworld and learning about their culture was awesome. Wrex being there was emotionally rewarding as well as being named as Grunt's "krantt". Plus having my femShep headbutt that Krogran was empowering to say the least. XD Being in that little "arena" was epic! I didn't know what I was going to fight next or which direction they were coming. Being a pansy gamer who feels a lot of anxiety in gauntlet sorts of missions, this got my blood pumping with more fight than flight for once. And the threshermaw. I hunted these things down in ME1 so having to take it down on foot was epic. What was the best part was at the last maybe 15 seconds I remembered there was an achievement that went along with it and there was only a bit of health/armor left. I had to run out there and take those acid blasts to mow it down with 8 seconds to spare. Hoh man. I was pumped.

I liked all the other missions but Samara's not so much. It was fun and pretty cool to sort of "lure the shebeast out of hiding," but I did not personally agree with Samara. Hopefully next run, I'll have enough paragon/renegade to get Morinth.

i liked grunt's; kind of a round to round survival mode

but i really liked samara's recrutment mission, the red cloudy things made biotics more fun
