No help from EA support

I have problems regarding downloadable contents, so I contacted EA support. After 12 days, no responce. I than posted it on EA forum and somebody responded with this:
"Gee, I wish I knew that too. I've waited about
FOUR MONTHS for a solution to MY problem. Haven't gotten it yet. Still
waiting for those clods to answer my latest e-mail and updated reference
questions about it.



Did I just say reference questions?? YES, I did. I've generated
SEVERAL of them, as a matter of fact, about the same problem repeatedly,
over and over again!!! Will get a resolution to my problem?? Your guess
is as good as my guess. Maybe someday, maybe when hell freezes over,
who knows?"


Have anygody got a responce from EA?

Maybe somebody would be more helpful then EA support, so I would post part of my question here:

On my computer, I have two login accounts. One that I usually use and
not have administrator rights. From this account, I have all my saved
agmes in dragon age origins.

My problem is that I not have any
downloadable contents available here.


On the other side, if I
log in to the other account that has the administrator rights, I have
the downloadable content, but no saved games.

It's reasonable to
require admin rightas to actually do dhe download, but I expect them to
be available even when loging in without admin rights.

I have
tried to give myself admin rights to all my logins, but that doesn't
help.

What to do?

Look in the unofficial DLC FAQ, then ask in the PC technical help forum if that doesnt help you.
