Sure, but Bioware just continues to have ****** poor PR.  They talk up DLC big until launch, but once they have your money they clam up.  How hard is it to put up one post on  this site.  Even something simple like like what the DLC actually is of what it includes(# of missions, etc).  They can't even do that.

No. The 'free' DLC is indeed free and requires no charge on the condition you bought any retail copy of the game from anywhere in the world. You dont need to pay any more than you would for any other game. As long as it comes from a store you will get access to the 'free' Cerberus Network DLC, ei; Zaaed, Cerberus Armor and Shotgun, and the Normandy Crash Site.

The 'paid' DLC will be available to everyone, regardless of whether or not you have access to the Cerberus Network. You will pay for it because it takes time to development, is 'substatial', and they ask for it.

Nobody, anywhere, is entitled to any special free DLC beyond whatever BioWare feel like giving you. It is a bonus. A gift. You get what you are given and you pay for what extra you want.

So saying if you give us 60 bucks you can get this  and then once they get the 60 not saying anything is good PR.  It sucks.  We are tired of Bioware doing this.  If this was the first time o.k., but it has happened several times before and the result has always been the same.  They promise big things and then don't deliver.
The entire time you have people endlessly defending Bioware even when there actions are indefensible.
I remember even after a year and a half people were still trying to defend them about pinnacle station.  Of course one it came out and was a piece of garbage mort stopped, but not all. 
Sometimes the correct thing to do is complain.

Well I don't know what to say. All of you make good arguements when it comes to this. I didn't really listen to everything bioware said about downloadable content. If Bioware stated to everyone that they will be releaseing alot DLC after the game comes out, there should be atleast a vaild list of when they plan on doing this.



Then again they don't have to tell us anything. You see when we got the free cerbersus network card we didn't have to pay for it. If we would have got it off of xboxlive it would have been 1200 mircosoft points just to get it. Im just saying we all got these cards and codes to use the network for free. If really want to complain you should just by the network of of xboxlive marketplace for 1200.



So yes, im putting something up for both sides. If you don't see it my way or understand it. Then oh well.

Clarification: Alot of us don't play the damn game 80 times. We have other things to do.

Translation: We get it soon, or we don't get it at all.

Seriously, we've altered our personal schedules to get things to work. We've delayed things that have delayed other things, all because it's suppose to be coming out this week.

If it's delayed, then it's delayed, BUT WE SHOULD AT LEAST BE TOLD. IT AFFECTS US PERSONALLY.

Really? This is just me but I do not put anything on hold for a video game. But do you mind on what personal things you would delay for a DLC?

I believe a few people already mentioned that they were ditching work to get this week's DLC asap in another thread. I'd have to dig it up though, I don't remember where.

Not really a recommendable action just based on a rumor (albeit from like 4 independant sources), but I know at least one person in real life doing that.

@CannedBullets: No way you just made that comment. The game hasn't even been out a month. That's quite a harsh statement. Nothing should ever be compared to the cluster frak that was DNF. Bioware has atleast released a few DLC tidbits within the last few weeks. Have faith
