Well, I'm hoping for a female warrior at any rate... though it's nice to know that at the very least, Sigrun will be a tough-as-nails rogue.
Well, if you watch the trailer on the Gamespot Awakening article, at 0:58 it shows that 'ambiguous gendered' person in the red heavy chainmail from the Anders trailer - seems to be a female human warrior (too tall to be a dwarf and female elves don't get the shoulder plates). And I'm 90% sure its the female Templar from the Anders trailer, the one with the Scottish accent. They seem to have the same nose and eyes. I might just be delusional, though.
Back on topic: Sigrun looks great. Her trailer is far better than Velanna's (which makes me wonder why they *didn't* follow the same trailer style for her as Sigrun and Anders - would anything ese have been a major spoiler?). Also, with her being an awesome rogue (we think), it means that us non-rogue players will have some choice in our party - though the human rogue yet-to-be-named Riordan wannabe is kinda cool too.

Is it certain that Sigrun is a rogue, from the video it seems like she's a warrior?

0:34 - good view at her hair and another interesting fact. Before she was a legionnaire, she was a casteless dwarf.
As seen in the original post.
But she has the same hair as Dagna! Ripoff!

It is just me, or does Sigrun sound a little like Hespith? Do they have the same voice actress?Mass Fraud wrote...

I'm guessing people are assuming that she's a rogue because she's a member of the Legion of the Dead and one of the new rogue specializations is Legionaire Scout. Which, from its description in the review, sounds like its a Strength/Constitution-based rogue specialization, so a Legionaire Scout probably fights a bit like a warrior.
Anyway, really great trailer! Kudos. To my surprise I'm currently leaning towards an all-female party other than my main PC for his main group.

Damn, did not notice Priestly edited his post. That's against teh rulez!
As for hair... I don't think so? Dagna had those shorter hair with two tails or how are they called, while Sigrun has... err... ok, ripoff!
...
RIPOFF! <_<<_<<_<

2 warriors
2 mages
2 rogues
we will also get:
2 humans
2 Elves
2 Dwarfs
with the pc again being the tie breaker....
so with the confirmation of Oghren (he obviously laughed when she said funeral), Sigrun, Anders and Valenna
there are possibly
1 warrior
and 1 rogue left
as well as 1 human and 1 elf
female warrior ?
and male elf rogue? (again >_>) >elf warrior would be something different but somehow I doubt that.....
another possibility is that theres just one elf and another being of some kind......instead of a second elf
I saw a bald guy most likely human warrior in the trailer, which I seen in other trailers aswell....that's also one.... so no female templar unless there is only one rogue....

Here are these two. Although it is not sure if they are perhaps just temp companions. Still, they do not appear just here, but in more scenes.

An alternative is that both of these are temporary companions and we haven't even seen a hint of the last one yet.
I'll be happy either way, as long as the character is good (and s/he will be). But I would like the option of having an all-female party, even if I don't use it. *shrug*

This one? I hope she's a character and Mr. Bald sword and shielder is not.
But

problem is that he appears in more scenes. While she appears at the same one. The rogue guy however, appears in many other scenes too.
Edit :

Close view on this female and Anders. Judging by the hate, she's human. There is a minimal piece of the eyebrows visible, color black-ish or brown. So it's not Velanna with the Arcane warrior spec. Obviously it's not Sigrun. But as stated, she is wearing the same armor, if not darker, like the bald guy does.

At least that's my hope. If not, probably just a temp companion.
