I have entered all the keys for Shale and the Blood Armor, but if I go to my registered contens I only see a "---" and can`t download the content. This is already going on for a couple of days so I don`t think it`s the server.

Anyway, I am supposed to download something before being able to play with the character Shale right?

some help would be appreciated!

Dragon Age uses an automatic downloading system for DLC. When you log into the game with the same emaill address and password as you used here to redeem the code, it should start to automatically download your DLC. You can see whether this is happening or not by going to Downloadable Content from the main menu. DLC which is in the process of downloading shows on the Download Progress tab, and DLC which has already been downloaded and installed is on the Installed Content Tab.



There are enough hiccups with this process that there is a rather extensive Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ



As a first step, make sure the Dragon Age Origins Content Update service is running, try manually starting it before you start the game.



1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

thanks a lot! it`s working fine now. always wondered why the screen for the available download content was so empty.
