As far as I know, they really didn't go into what her father's dynasty was. Hopefully Bioware will go into greater depth in ME3.

I tihnk it has to do he wanted an almost perfect woman which she is. The only reason she is not perfect is because she makes mistakes like other humans, but she is one of the smartest humans in the Galaxy, she can heal faster, it would take alot of work to break her bones, she most likely never gets sick because her imune system would have been made perfect, her looks where made to be very attractive and seductive, her biotic are very strong for a human (the strongest is Jack and only because of the experiments that Cerberus did) she is physicly stronger then alot of normal humans, most likey has perfect hearing, eyesight and no mental health prolbems. Thats how I look at it.
