I actually tried to get this dialogue on one of my playthroughs, she didn't say this, it was something else along the lines "It was a mistake .... and certainly not while you are with somebody else", can't remember the exact quote. Maybe it had something to do with the kiss rather that "body" dialogue it does change some of the dialogue between Shepard and Miranda.
