Seriously, I can't see the attraction. I'm one of that group of people who find it all incredibly boring. It doesn't help that I do not like crowds.Karstedt wrote...

I can recite the names of the worst planets: Casbin, Eletania, Nodacrux, Chasca. The person who designed the Maroon Sea cluster needs his head screwed on differently. It isn't too bad if you only do the sidequests, but if you do the collection quests, driving around become very annoying.Kabraxal wrote...

I can't believe how many people think the MAKO is worse than the planet scanning... I like the MAKO.
I am driving the Mako right now... as i said before, i LOVE how it rights itself even if you go careening off a cliff 1000 feet in the air sideways and upside down
I found it fun and I liked the views on many planets. Though only part that sucked were some of the planets with those steep mountains all around.
The views are nice, indeed. I have various screenshots featuring the Prothean pyramid on Chasca. I like to imagine Shepard and Miranda setting up a home there after ME3, a quiet place where they can relax for a time between extended tours of duty.

Having her on the squad would be a seriously alternate universe. Better imagine her as part of the Normandy's crew, with an undercover identity. That way she could come into play in a story occasionally without requiring the reader to switch worlds.jtav wrote...
And now I'm wondering what would have happened if Miranda was on your squad in ME as an undercover agent. I don't think Shepard, Ash, and Kaidan would appreciate it. Shots would be fired when the truth came out.

I only get to play once or twice a week, and now that's one chance lost already.

I am sitting here pondering the logistics of a Mass Effect/Spider-man crossover. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
I'm playing with the idea that Miranda has learned to affect her own mass with biotics, enabling her to climb easier and faster and fall from any height without taking damage. I think this would be compatible with the idea of how biotics work, we see Samara doing similar things, and the only reason the game doesn't have it is that it doesn't feature any other mode of movement but walking/running (something I find all Bioware RPGs lack - ever since Deus Ex and Thief I miss being able to climb and swim)

Suck it h8er! And damn you to hell for disrespecting the opinions of others! You are an insignificant majority with a WRONG opinion!
Errr... whoops. I forgot, that kind of response is only warranted when someone speaks negatively against some aspect of ME2. Sorry... I've just gotten so used to it in every other thread.

I'm toying with exactly the same idea with biotics to allow for some lightning fast, hard hitting, Matrix-esque fight sequences.Ieldra2 wrote...

Most likely she does. Biotics play a;lot diffrently in lore and in the story then gameplay. Look what Jack does to those three Mechs? Seeing as Miri is the third strongest human Biotic (Shepard would be second, with Jack first) most likely she can reduce her mass making her faster, don't know if she could hover tho...

RiP my friend. You will live on in my heart, and on my hard drive. I'm so sorry that your sequel was butchered and name tainted. At least other have learned from your sad story... errr... I guess they haven't actually. But if Bill Gates decides to leave me his fortune, I will resurrect the Deus Ex name, and shed the taint of its lineage!

I think its always Shepard standing next to Miranda. As to the armor? Wouldn't have a clue. Its likely just a tinted default one. Different arm armor or something.Ieldra2 wrote...
As usual, nice work. But who's that in the red armor, and where's that armor from?
Red tinted N7 armor. With guantlets that give 5% added weapon damage. Cool huh?

I don't think so, and even if she could, she would be blown away by a breeze - decreasing mass also decreases inertia. Which also means that this ability wouldn't necessarily enable her to hit harder in combat. I can see several levels of it, one which mainly affects movement, and another one with split-second control, that would affect her combat abilities. The latter goes to much into superhero territory for my mental image of the ME universe, but it's still feasible as a biotic ability.kraidy1117 wrote...

I've always thought Miranda saw sex as just another tool in the box. Her father paid for her looks. She might as well use them.
saw this discussion yesterday, (but wasn't on my laptop to post) - i don't agree with this view at all - Miranda uses her intelligence as much as - if not more than - any physical ability. in-game it is also kinda obvious that she's in charge of the most difficult science projects cerberus undertakes - i don't think that would involve much "spy stuff" or using her looks/sex as a resource, but the ability to organise/run teams and research.
anyway:
