BioShock 1 is awesome. There were a couple story elements that managed to actually surprise me, which doesn't happen often lol. And DA:O is quite good so far, Joslo Cousland is prepared to slay some darkspawn and of course get it on with Leliana.

I heard from a source that BS 2 is a disappointment but I do not always credit what he has to say as he is one of those glass half empty types.

I lost my momentum for it a little bit just because it looked so much like the first game. I know that's not really a bad thing when the first was so good but it just seemed so familiar.

My thoughts on the game exactly, it wasn't fresh enough. I found myself losing steam halfway through the game. It's not bad, by any stretch, but if you're expecting a unique experience like the original, it's gonna be disappointing.

Haha. I didn't see what the big deal with her was until I got to a point with her last night where she did something and man..... I'm not having a hard time choosing between her and Alistair now. Well, not that hard, because it is Alistair we're talking about. It will be difficult to romance Morrigan like I intended with my next playthrough though.

@Darth: That sucks. Good to hear you're doing well in spite of everything though.

As for Morrigan, I was supposed to romance her on my current playthrough but I'm just finding myself being seduced by dear sweet beautiful Leliana and I can't resist

Not to totally derail the thread into total DA:O land, but I love pommel smashing guys with my 2 handed sword. I always take 2 handed swords. (Probably to make up for being a weak ass healadin in WoW...)

I made a female so I can get the achievement for romancing Alistair, but I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to ignore her! I made my character a rogue so I can avoid her unless I'm in camp, and even then it's going to be tough!

I love me some Leliana as well.



But I guess I was a little possessive of her for my main character because with the two other characters I played through I made sure they steered clear of her. They went for Zevran and Morrigan instead.

My first guy was a two-hander warrior. I love them! Haste gets rid of the speed problem, and if you know where to look, you can get some pretty nice two handers, their names elude me at the moment, but they're there.

Lol, were they the "If you can't hit x dps GTFO!" kind of guild? My guild was full of laid-back people so I didn't have to worry about that. They let me dps/heal on my other toons. Have you ever tried doing Naxx while on Vent full of drunk people? HILARIOUS.

Don't make me come over there MA, I was primary offtank and I kicked ass.

@Vyn - no, it was more that I was one of the few good healers we had. Probably the best, actually (as far as playing my class).

I quit WoW shortly after Burning Crusade was released.

Hearing people talking about it now it is like they are talking about a game I never played at all much less one I sank a frightening large part of my life I can now never get back into.

I know there's Yusaris, but that's about as good as it gets and that's "only" a Tier 6 Silverite sword.  All the Tier 7 Dragonbone swords are longswords.
