Last horror movie that was scary was Pharanomal activiy (spelling) man that movie was creepy and to think that **** happened.

I didn't like Paranormal Activity...

I think they're both cool characters, but redhead + French... can't beat that.

Like I said, it's all based on preference.

I love Silent Hill and psychological horror. I do wish the gameplay was better, but the horror element is quite nice. Due to being conditioned over the years I'm rather desensitized to the horror genre in general, but I still find cerebral horror like Silent Hill refreshing.

I have yet to see them, not that I want to. I'm big on films and even I did not think it would be worth the view. According to word of mouth, I did not miss much.

Pyramidheads where sweet, one of my fav creaturesxin a video game. I feel like dustying off my Gamecube and playing Eternal Darkness. That game was ****ing scary as hell and screwed around with your mind so much, I almost had a heart attack when a message poped up saying your memory card is corrupted and must be formated.

I haven't played a horror game in so long... like, forever... I think the last one was a Resident Evil game.

Does anyone else just get addicted to Bioware-esque RPGs?

And when you switch to other game types suddenly you're wandering around wondering if there's an LI and getting disgusted that you coudln't customize your own character and history or something...

If you want to get back into it, I might recommend Silent Hill. There's plenty of discussion to be had for those games, plenty of symbolism and introspection.

I love Bioware-esque games. Plenty of replayability, and the ability to inject yourself or a character you've thought of into the game. Can't get enough of that.

I am actually in the process of creating a game that is similar to Bioware games. I'm shooting for complex moral decisions and gray shades of morality, although I may throw the Paladins and Demon people a bone too somewhere in there. There will be a tinge of romance in it, but nothing too deep as I am just getting my feet wet creating and writing games.

ROFL! Don't get me wrong, I loved Paranormal Activity, but it looks like you didn't read the discaliamer at the end that said it wasn't based on real events. I remeber right near the end hearing some girl in the audience whisper to her friends, "and she's still out there". And about 5 secondslater the, it's not real, disclaimer popped up and her friends made fun of her.

The Haloween remake was quite good acutally. And that's from someone that doesn't like Rob Zombie flicks. The 2nd one wasn't so great though. I'm very interested to see the new Nightmare on Elm Street though. I think the guy they cast as Freddy 'could' be very good, and he has been in what I've seen him in over the last couple years. He's been pretty much absent from the entertainment industry since doing the Bad News Bears when he was a kid.

I made my bad karma character from Fallout 3 look like the Joker.
