i came in here hoping for new miranda pics...but seems like there hasn't been any for pages. shame on you guys.

There are few new ones. Almost everything possible has already been shot and posted. But here are some old ones. And in my current playthrough, I'll try to make some new ones.

Yep, we have had multiple people go through the game taking screen shots of every Miranda plot point possible.

But if you are really interested in Miri glory: http://social.biowar...up/1284/#photos

I keep thinking it says 'Miranda for romance & SOULmate for Mass Effect 3!'

Thanks, Valmy. You're right. ME does a better job of conveying romance through the sex scene. There's a "one night stand" vibe to Miranda's scene that I despise and doesn't gel with the rest of the romance. It came off as cheap fanservice, and not all that hot, either. I don't mind sex in my video games, but it has to fit the character and situation.

Miranda was designed to be fanservice...but then they hired a great actress and wrote her great lines and made her a great character and ruined it.

I found it pretty hot Image IPB

But I could have used more of an emotional build up and talking, again like ME1.

I haven't watched the G4 interview yet (kind of dreading it considering how everyone says its very awkward) but I'm going to post some pics.

And I am profoundly glad they did, even if I wonder if I played the same game as some people in the forum. Then again, Liara's appeal escapes me.

Similar to Tali's actually.  Innocent girlishness and coyness.  Drives guys wild.

I have always liked the stronger woman type so while I liked Tali as a companion neither or them ever did much for me.

I lol'd at the end. But...

Suddenly, a tank came out from the sky!

that is awesome - i remember the series very fondly from my childhood so i am looking forward to this - the cast is perfect (especially sharlto copley from district 9).

the expendables looks like a fun throwback, too: trailer here.

The concept is similar but Tali has a lot more depth than Liara ever did, at least IMHO.

Good morning thread.

Tali I get. I identify with Tali and think she's a great characterm even if she has stars in her eyes re: Shepard. Liara drives me up the wall.

Maybe that's a good thing. Look at what I do to characters I like

I totally agree.  I always really liked Tali.  Liara I can take or leave.  No strong feelings one way or the other.

I can't stand Tali or Liara. Ahh hell I don't like any of the LIs except for Miranda.

I've played through twice... but at the moment I'm rolling through Miranda's dialogue in every variation so I can transcribe everything she says. Its draining but at least I get to see dialogue options I haven't seen.

found the renegade 1st kiss yesterday - was awesome and definitely the best end to that conversation. oddly the collector ship mission seems to occur randomly every run-through i've had so far (4 and counting), so i had to do that first after miranda's side mission/recruiting thane before i could talk to her again, onboard ship, and then go get samara...

The Collector's Ship isn't random, it comes up once you complete the first recruitment mission after Horizon, so I always get all the Loyalty missions I can done first.

tali's a better character in #2 than #1 - all of them are, in fact. but miranda's the only LI for me.

I know we've talked about what we want to see in a romance DLC. I have a small request. Have Shepard tell her "you're worth it." A lot of us like to use "worth it" as their code for "I love you, as is. Plus, Miranda's major issue is that she doesn't believe she, as opposed to her abilities, is "worth it."
Thoughts?

Its not hard to improve on what essentially was a walking codex entry.

yeah and ashley was a xenophode (certainly at the start). wrex was by far and away the best character - because he was a character - garrus and tali didn't become that, or interesting, till the sequel - and garrus in particular, is one of the best characters in #2.
