Well if anyone has time, we should definitely have a Gears 2 Easter match, or something. Which also means Happy Easter everyone!

They only went to bed about 3 hours ago, and Meg and Nadia only went about 45 minutes ago.  People seem to be getting a little burned out on Gears though it seems.

I know Meggleton only has the first one so it might be that gets played most at the moment...maybe.

hmmm.

well, at least three of us have the first one but only a couple have the second one.

honestly, i think the second is better with more choices and better maps and MELEE weapons!!  :wizard:

first is about $20 and the second one is running people about $40 brand new.

of course you could always see if a friends wants to sell their copy or try your local Gamestop, but that'll only save you a few dollars.

not everyone has l4d 1   but then again not everyone has l4d 2 either so I'm not sure what to tell you andy. it would be safer for you to get both but if you lack the cash, i'd get #1.

It's about £20 for L4D GotY Edition and about £25-£30 for L4D2 depending on the retailer.  I intend to get both tomorrow morning once all the stores in town are open.

EDIT: And Guardian is boycotting L4D2 because it's been massively censored in Australia, to the point of being pathetic.

Back from church. Yeah I figured Gears to be wearing a bit thin. No problemo I can adjust

L4D2? I have that for PC, not 360. For MP party stuffs on 360, I suggest the following: MW2, GTA4, Saints Row 2, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, and if people actually have it for 360, L4D2. GTA4 would be the best of those because it supports 16 player MP with gamemodes ranging from Free Mode to Cops&Crooks, all in the entirety of Liberty City and matches can be customized (cops on/off, etc.)

I'm with the majority though, whatever you guys wanna play that coincides with what I own, I got no worries. All that matters to me is having fun

And sorry for doublepost but GTA4 is currently around $15-25 used/new, so if you are thinking about buying it like I did a couple weeks ago, there is great value to be had here. I haven't beaten the story yet and hardly played much MP, and with quantity comes quality I assure you in GTA4. Just a little reccomendation.

Badger is right, GTA IV is stunning. I only ever played a few deathmatches in MP but there's a lot of fun to be had there.
