I don't either.  But I know that if family is around then that will tend to wear one out.

Alas, all I can come up with are images of Miranda sitting on the edge of her daughter's bed, reading a bedtime story. Curses.

I do have a child related thought. The two fics I've read with Shepard-Lawson kids had them born fairly soon after ME. Wonder why? I always figured it would taje a few years for Miranda to figure out what she wanted to do with her life post-Cerberus and whether she wanted kids and would make a good parent. Not to mention that her slower aging should mean she has decades to make that decision.

As for your question: I think some people don't understand the burden of deciding to have a child under normal circumstances. Given Shepard and Miri's respective histories and fears, that is even more daunting than normal. So some fic'ers rush it.

Lol nah jtav, people are off doing things. Wow, The Pacific Part 4 was absolutely brilliant yet depressing as it showed how some soldiers were pushed to the breaking point mentally and physically due to downpours, malaria, jungle environment, and infrequent banzai attacks combined. Really intriguing.

Didn't really view it as pushy. 

It is a bit wierd that there is almost no activity at all.  And night!

Well, Some other fanfic'ers treated Miranda as a ****ry vixen and appearly they rushed the romance. I don't picture her as a vixen.
