If it's that "late" shouldn't you all be heading to bed?  Or at least reasonably, lol.

My "normal" 24 hour schedule doesn't have me in bed til about 6 or 7am. 

If I just followed my natural schedule, I would operate on a 28 hour day ( 18 hours awake and about 10 hours asleep).

I will agree actually.  I do not fit most societal definitions of a normal person.  I just need to accept that and move on.
