Me neither. i can live with the "Cerberus stooge" because those denials and excuses drove me insane the first time around.
Really? Because that strikes me as a rather un-nuanced perspective. Given who Miranda was and what her relationship with Cerberus was it seemed completely sympathetic and understandable she would have this view which, incidentally, is shared by almost the entire crew and previous Cerberus turncoats like Grayson.
I think you really have to not be paying any attention to her backstory and how Yvonne acts the character to really be annoyed and unsympathetic to her feelings on Cerberus. I mean how freaking lame would it be and how horrible writing would it be to have her turn on a dime and rage against Cerberus at the first opportunity? Now that would have drivin me insane.
You would expect somebody whose family is protected by Cerberus, and who beleives in Cerberus' stated mission, and whose remarkable career has been due to Cerberus to at least need some proof to go turncoat. Not just instantly say 'You right, Cerberus bad. MIRI SMASH!' or whatever people expected.

I don't think so, I generally don't give it out because I do almost no multiplayer gaming. Jediknight120 if you want to add me.
Oh if you want to add me mention who you are, I reject random friend requests.

Valmy, I like what they did. Miranda cannot behave other than how she does, given her background. A "turn on a dime" change wouldn't be desirable or believable. She drove me crazy in the way a real person that I strongly disagreed with would drive me crazy. I can see how someone with an unsusually vivid memory of the ME sidequests would want to throw her out the airlock.

Well at least she didn't join having full knowledge of what Cerberus did from Shepard's point of view or what happened to Kohaku and his men. Joker and Chakwas, on the other hand, were there the whole time and saw what you saw and joined anyway. Yet people don't want to throw them out the airlock. You want to explain that one to me?
Besides I am not even entirely unsympathetic to the idea of using creatures to help defend human colonies, even if using husks, Thorian Creepers, and Rakhni were just bad ideas. At least Miranda admits they were bad ideas even if the intententions were, on the surface anyway, not entirely unreasonable.

Makes me wonder though: how does she know about the husks and rachni? Did TIM tell her? She obviously wasn't on site or she'd be dead. Part of me wants one of those projects to be her idea (in a "husks would make good shock troops" sense not "lets turn an entire colony into husks" sense), but have other people responsible for implementing them in ways that turned into atrocities.

Because they were in the first game. Don't you know the ME cast can do no wrong? *rolls eyes*

Ah I was not aware of the ME1 rule.
What exactly she knows is a point of speculation. She has access to alot of Cerberus files but clearly not everything. She seemed to be rather shocked, and honestly shocked, at the details of the Subject Zero project. Though I am not sure how raising kids to be biotic superpeople was ever going to be ethically squeaky clean.
