Mavi, I don't think I inject personality traits that aren't there (do I?), and a lot of the situational stuff is just me going, "What if..." I write (okay, atm I'm avoiding writing fanfic) and that sort of requires going beyond the game and fleshing out Miranda beyond what we get. I get annoyed that Aluze is never mentioned in game, so I write a story where Miranda and Shepard are forced to deal with it.

Yeah I think Akuze should be mentioned...but then there are different Shep backstory's....so would be more writing etc etc.....could call it lazy, time constraints...EA flexing muscle...whatever...but yes there should be more of that in the game if thats Sheps background AND he gets along with Cerberus/Miranda.
And I dont know lol, might just be me that thinks that (notices few others chiming in on the conversation)....you may not be, just the odd post of yours gets me thinking....'interesting aspect...but maybe Miri is how she appears'.....though we know she does change.
Both sides could be accurate (and as has been said, hard to clarify without further information)...I do believe she is a very hard and cold person (and that does not mean one cannot love etc)....to me her loyalty mission is key to this, if she was not so hard and cold, calculated etc....then she would not be so quick to blow away Niket (despite his betrayal)....I think most 'normal' people would really have to think about what to do.....not our Lovely Miri....she knows exactly what she wants to do (the fact we can change her mind does not really change her personality to me, just confirms that she see's Shep as a very strong and influention character)....
I don't know jtav, not saying your wrong in any of your thougts btw, I just tend to see her as we see her....she is strong willed, intelligent, very ruthless....I really dont see her in any other way....I also believe she knew exactly what was going on with a lot of Cerberus' projects, and chose to turn a blind eye due to her 'commitment'...and as I said before, if your told something enough, you will eventually believe it....I think its only as time progesses (in game) that she see's Shep as more important and influential than TIM (and subsequently develops feeling for him), but still feels she keeps her ruthless personality.

Mom was worried about my sleep patterns so asked nicely that I get to bed before 4am, I sort of did that except I stayed here until 6am this morning, but I plan on getting back to my more "regular" pattern soon (1-2am and get up at 9 or 10)
Dad flipped and had a fit about me playing my 360 in the morning and started throwing around idle threats, and told me not to sleep one morning.

You did pretty damned well Andy, got the hang of it pretty quick. You must have made it to at least Lance Corporal by now if not Corporal. You may even have one or two ACES weapon unlocks, check next time you're on your character screen.andysilv87 wrote...

At the risk of showing my geekiness, would it be too much to give Miranda's genuine last name (or, more on point, her father's) as some variation of Osborn/Osborne/Osbourne? I always imagined he was a lot like Norman, or at least Norman when he's not the Goblin.
