It was partly my router. I messed with some of the port triggering settings and enabled another setting and suddenly it has gone 8 percent in a a matter of minutes. I wouldn't have gone 1 percent at the other rate.



I hate breaking in a new router and getting all the setting right for online gaming -.-

other than taris i don't think that anyone reacts, but i don't actually know because i never used it after that, it would make sense if they don't react because you aren't suppose to have the armor
