Yes they did.  I do not see why they would mislead us on something like a VA.

She is an actress so she probably can do several different voices.

Thinking about it maybe Bioware did not actually announce that.  It was just all over the boards that there was going to be this new DLC character Kasumi voiced by Claudia.  Maybe somebody just made up that rumor and we all bought it.

Either way, Kasumi still sounds like Claudia. And it's not on IMDB because it is DLC not included in the retail game.

It doesn't sound like her at all in my opinion and the wiki which is the most likely place to find this sort of info has nothing at all.

@Gutty: Its because you probably can't discern the different inflexions. Claudia would have to sound completely different for each character, but there are points where you can hear her voice in similarity to other characters she has played.
