@Darth: Oh sure of course! We will have to show Kab the ropes first though. After that there's many things we can do. After you left we had fun racing a large assortment of vehicles, ranging from Ice Cream Trucks to Flatbed Trucks to Mopeds xD There are also co-op missions we can play, or Cops&Crooks, etc. There is more to do than just killing each other, though Meg getting rammed and blasting us with RPG's was funny

Oh please don't.  Alot of us are in both threads and hate threads are for lame people.

Speaking of that bizarre 10 reasons to hate Miranda thread I had a really good time in it before I got bored.  The haters are pretty weak.

Sometimes I wish I COULD have discussions about Miranda with people who don't frequent this thread. Feel like I'm living in my own little bubble sometimes and I get the feeling that some of my theories probably don't belong in a support thread (like her father being abusive)

I got a little bored after an hour of killing each other with no real point behind it, that's all.  If I wasn't so tired and cranky by the time we were racing I may have been able to see the funny side of being so awful at it

I think people would be ok about you posting these theories in their own threads.  You might bounce them off us and then if you think it is interesting enough make your own thread.

You think you'd like a discussion who are less sympathetic to Miranda than we are? That would be interesting, but that debate would soon be swamped by knee-jerk haters. Little chance of having a remotely mature discussion. Perhaps in another ME forum.

@Fire: Well, the timeframe could range from 4:45-8pm EST or later. I know it's not real clear cut but we wanted to celebrate Kab getting the game today and showing him the ropes to GTA. From who I see online ATM, myself, Darth, Meg, and you Fire can play. Odin went offline but I'm sure he'll get on again. Flashy is in the middle of a clan match right now but she should be available a little later on.

Or they're unfamiliar with the concept that a woman might actually have it all: intelligence, competence, independence and attractiveness. We're so used to the stereotypes "beautiful but not so smart" and "competent but (or even because of being) unattractive that It's a mental challenge for some people to break out.

Even one of the writers voiced his concern that some fans would jump to conclusions regarding Miranda before getting to know her as a character. It's unfortunate, but I also think it makes her very real. Not everyone has the benefit of a dashing first impression but it's made all the more rewarding when you can grow past that.

I still think you should post your theories here. Most here know that you like Miranda regardless of your speculations, and you can still move away if things become too difficult.
