@jtav - I'm sure it would be interesting. One of the things that I love in DA is the verbal sparring between Leliana and Morrigan when they both like you.

Anyway, i asked this earlier, but it seemed to get lost in the whole morass of L4D/Xbox stuff. What do people think Miranda's view on tattoos or piercings would be? Would she get a tatoo? Ear piercings, heck other things pierced? Comments, suggestions, rotten fruit?

Hell, if they say that Messi was engineered like Miranda to play football I would believe.

She doesn't seem to like tatoos, visible tatoos are frowned upon in the coporate world. Cerberus strikes me as a coporation-esque organization.

I asked this once before, but how well-read do you think Miranda is? Would she get a classic lit reference? This is one area where I tend to project. I'm the type of person who thinks naming Shep Ferdinand is funny (Shakespeare reference. Google the The Tempest if you don't get it)

Most likely, does't she say Oriana likes the same play as her or something? So most likely she loves classic lit, thats what I think tho.

I reckon she would have been initially forced to be well read, before she left her father. After, I'm not so sure. Hell, for all we know, she could have a secret stash of sappy romance novels or Mills & Boon hidden away in her quarters.

Those are books, not folders or such. They are the same looking like the ones that Kasumi has in her room and she says she likes to read. Those are books in Miris office.

I'm not quite sure it's pessimism gutty - realism perhaps. I know there would be some of that lot there, I just wonder what she reads for fun. I'd be highly amused to find that she was a fan of sappy novels or Pinky & the Brain.
(Although if she doesn't like Pinky & the Brain, then my Shep might have to educate her. If she still doesn't like them, it might be a time to re-evaluate stuff. Image IPB)

There are such things as technical books. The fact they look the same (I can't be arsed checking) as Kasumi's is likely due to asset reuse.

I'm not sure what your point is... having books doesn't automatically mean they are fiction books.

Speaking as someone who reads romances, I don't think Miranda would enjoy them. Obe of the big premises of the genre is that being single makes you somewhat incomplete. The ideal state is married to one particular person. I don't think that appeals to her, nor does the idea of a man "saving" her, even emotionally. I think Jack and Tali would be more likely to enjoy the genre..

kraidy, some people do read nonfiction for fun. Miranda strikes me as the sort who would become obsessed with some bit of esoterica and read every (good) book on the subject she could find.
